Five paced days for a friend group ready to do Dubai properly, the icons (Burj Khalifa, Marina, Mall, Dubai Frame), the experiences (desert safari, dhow cruise), and one full Abu Dhabi day for Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and Ferrari World on the way back. We split the group across Bur Dubai for the city days and shift to a Marina hotel for the last two nights so dhow cruise + JBR beach mornings don't add commute. Designed for groups of 6-15 with shared rooms, group meals, and a TAT escort who handles the paperwork, the queues, and the AED-cash-for-tips problem.
Burj Khalifa 124th-floor sunset entry
Desert safari with 4x4 dune-bashing, falconry, BBQ dinner under the stars
Marina Dhow Cruise dinner with skyline lights
Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque (Abu Dhabi) + Ferrari World day-trip
Old Dubai walking tour, souks + abra ride across Dubai Creek
Dubai Mall, Dubai Fountain, underwater zoo tunnel, Frame Dubai
Marina Walk evening + JBR beach morning before departure
Group thali dinner at Bombay Bungalow on Day 1

End of trip
Two nights at a Bur Dubai 4-star (Citymax / Holiday Inn / Premier Inn) for the city + souk days. Two nights at a Marina 4-star (Pullman / Premier Inn JLT) for the dhow + JBR mornings. Both have group-rate twin/triple options, halal kitchen with Jain options, and walking-distance metro access. We've put 25+ Dubai groups through this split-stay model in two seasons; the Marina hotel handles late-night dhow cruise returns smoothly.

13-hour day, but smartly paced. The Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque deserves 2 hours, Ferrari World deserves 4 hours, plus 90 min each way on the road. Lunch is the buffer. We've run this exact format for 25+ groups; feedback is consistently positive. Honest call: skip Ferrari World if anyone's afraid of high-speed rides; substitute Yas Waterworld for the same price.
Bur Dubai for the souks-and-old-Dubai days saves you 45 min commute each way. Marina for the dhow cruise + JBR + nightlife days saves another 90 min over those nights. The transfer between hotels is a 30-min coach ride at noon on Day 3 with luggage; we manage it cleanly. Most aggregator packages park you at one hotel and you waste 3 hours commuting daily, we don't.
Yes. Women: full-length abaya (provided free at the entrance, no charge), headscarf (also provided), no transparent fabric. Men: full-length pants (jeans OK), full-sleeve shirt or kurta. No exposed shoulders, no shorts. The mosque turns away non-compliant visitors. We brief the group on Day 2 evening and provide a printed compliance sheet.
5+ years yes, with parental consent. Under 5 we recommend the cultural-only desert safari (no dune-bashing, just dunes + dinner) at ₹1,500 per child discount. Pregnant women, severe back issues, recent surgeries: please skip the dune-bashing portion (we have a slow safari alternative). Tell us at booking.
30-day UAE tourist visa, processed in 4-7 working days. We apply on your behalf. Required: passport scan (6 months validity), photo on white background, ITR last year, bank statement last 3 months. Visa + processing fee ₹6,500 per person (no TAT margin). Apply minimum 21 days before travel; we send the e-visa PDF. UAE rejects visas occasionally for incomplete documentation, we work with you to fix and re-apply.
