Six paced days for a family of four (two adults, two kids 5-14) doing Dubai's full headline circuit, Burj Khalifa sunset, the Dubai Mall aquarium tunnel, a kid-friendly desert safari, Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark for the slides, the Marina dhow cruise dinner, and one Abu Dhabi day for the Sheikh Zayed Mosque + Ferrari World. We split the stay across a Bur Dubai 4-star for city days and a Marina 4-star for the resort-side activities. Every day has a kid-buffer hour for naps. Indian-veg meals at every dinner stop, a kid-safety harness in the desert safari 4x4, and a child-friendly local guide who handles the museum visits with patience.

Kid-friendly desert safari is what we book, a slow-pace 4x4 with kid-safety harness available, no extreme dune-bashing, sandboarding for 8+, and a child-led falconry experience. Camel rides are walked (not run) for under-8. Some operators still run aggressive dune-bashing; we don't book those for families. If your kid has motion sickness, we substitute a culture-only safari (no dune-bashing, just dunes + dinner).
Of course, we substitute Yas Waterworld at no extra cost. Yas Waterworld has 40+ slides for all ages, including a 5-year-old-friendly Bandit Bomber and Liwa Loop. Or skip Yas entirely and use the day for the Louvre Abu Dhabi (a full-day cultural experience, much calmer). Tell us at booking and we adjust the Day 3 plan.
Yes, Dubai is genuinely kid-friendly. Every restaurant we book has a kid menu, every hotel breakfast has Indian + kid-favourite items, and the desert safari BBQ has chicken kebab + fries + fresh fruit. Vegetarian, Jain, gluten-free, all handled with 14 days notice. We pre-arrange Cerelac/oats for toddlers if you flag the brand.
For families with kids 5+, yes, it's the largest waterpark in the Middle East with Splashers (under-8 zone), Shark Lagoon, Tower of Neptune. Full-day entry covers everything. For families with kids 3-4, we substitute Wild Wadi (similar age-range, smaller scale, lower cost). For 0-2 year olds, skip both and use the day for the Atlantis aquarium walk + resort beach (much calmer).
Same UAE 30-day tourist visa for everyone, including kids. Required: birth certificate or school ID for kids, passport scan (6-months validity beyond travel), and parent's passport scan for the family. Visa + processing ₹6,500 per person, including kids. Apply 21+ days before travel; we send the e-visa PDF for everyone. Kids under 5 are typically processed faster.
