Four nights of North Goa for your friends or office crew, the proper Goa group trip, not a pool-day sanitised version. Base near Calangute/Baga so the beaches, the bars, and the late-night food places are all walkable, and we keep the group flexibility intentionally loose: scooters for those who want to zip around, a private mini-coach for the planned outings, beach-shack lunches together, free dinner nights when the group decides on the spot. Itinerary is built around the things groups actually want, a full North Goa beach-hop day (Calangute → Baga → Anjuna → Vagator), one Aguada Fort sunset, water sports at Calangute (parasailing + banana boat + jet-ski combo), one club night at Tito's or Mambos, and a group dinner at Brittos with the long table on the sand. Sunday is reserved for the spice plantation thali + Old Goa heritage half-day for the cultural-curious in the group. Group rate kicks in at 6 paying adults on twin-share; quoted rate is per person, so 6 of you saves more than a couple. Single-rooms available at +₹5,500/person/4 nights. Solo travellers in mixed-gender groups are commonly handled, we put singles in same-gender rooms unless you tell us otherwise.

Breakfast at hotel. 10:00 mini-coach for North Goa beach-hop, Calangute (water sports stretch: parasailing + banana boat + jet-ski combo, 1 ticket per adult), then Baga (lunch at Brittos or Souza Lobo for stragglers), Anjuna (afternoon at Curlies / Shiva Valley), Vagator headland (Chapora Fort sunset, the Dil Chahta Hai viewpoint). Sunset cocktails at Thalassa, Vagator (optional add-on; group can split). Back to hotel 21:00 for shower + change. 23:00 the club night at Tito's, Mambos, or Cape Town Cafe (we pre-book entry, group enters together; drinks own).

Lunch at Viva Panjim, Fontainhas, group thali table. Walking tour of Fontainhas Latin Quarter (painted Portuguese houses). Back to Calangute by 17:00. Evening: drive to Anjuna Wednesday flea (if Wednesday) or Saturday Night Market in Arpora (if Saturday). Dinner at the market stalls (group splits, eat what you want). Back to hotel by 23:00.
Breakfast at hotel. 10:30 mini-coach to Sahakari Spice Plantation, Ponda (60 min), walking tour of cashew, vanilla, cardamom groves, traditional banana-leaf Goan thali (group seating). Back to Calangute by 16:00. 17:00 Aguada Fort + Sinquerim lighthouse sunset (last sunset of the trip). Free evening, group splits up: some go back to Tito's, some hit a quiet seafood place, some hit the beach for last drinks. We give the group leader 3 specific recommendations: Souza Lobo (legendary), Bomras (Burmese-Goan upmarket), Shanti Beach Bar (low-key drinks). Late night.
Final breakfast at the hotel. Hotel checkout 11:00 (we extend till 12:00 for groups). Last beach walk for those still upright. Mini-coach to airport, timed against your group's flight (we'll batch flights so the coach makes one or two trips, not five). Goodbye Goa. The group chat will be discussing this weekend for months.

6 paying adults on twin-share for the quoted rate. Below 6, we re-quote at the standard couple/family rate (about 12-15% higher per person). Above 12 we offer a 5% group leader discount, the person who books and coordinates pays less. Above 20 we add a second mini-coach and a second guide; rate stays the same per person.
Group rate quoted on twin-share. Single occupancy is +₹5,500/person for the 4 nights. We typically allocate twin-share by same-gender pairing unless the group leader specifies otherwise. Solo travellers in the group: tell us at booking and we either match you with another solo of the same gender or upgrade you to single at the supplement. We don't force pairing of strangers, always check with the group first.
Group entry, not private. We pre-book entry for the group at Tito's, Mambos, or Cape Town Cafe (group leader picks at booking), the cover charge is included, but you enter together as a regular group, not VIP. Drinks paid individually. If you specifically want a VIP table with bottle-service for the group, we add it at ₹15,000-25,000 depending on the venue and the night, mention at booking. Rs 1500-3000/person typical for a properly stocked night.

Easily, this is what most groups do. Day 2 (the beach-hop) is a full group day; Day 3 (Old Goa heritage) is mandatory only for those who want it (the rest can sleep in or go to the beach); Day 4 (spice plantation) same flexibility. The mini-coach goes where the group goes, but smaller sub-groups can take Goa Miles taxis or Royal Enfield rentals (we add at ₹1,000/day per bike). Group leader manages the logistics; we're on WhatsApp 24/7 for any swaps.
Honest answer: it depends on how close to travel. >30 days out, we refund 100%. 15-30 days, 75% refund. 7-15 days, 50%. Within 7 days, refund covers only what we can reclaim from the hotel/airline (typically 0-30%). The remaining group's price doesn't change, we lock in the group rate at 6+ regardless of last-minute drops, and we'd rather the travelling group has a great time than the cancellation messes up the cost split.
