Premium Pool Villas (the room category we book) offer 1,200 sqft of space, separate living and bedroom areas, a private 5x3 m plunge pool with sunset-side terrace, outdoor rain shower, walk-in wardrobe, and Bose sound system. Villa is set inside a private walled garden with palm canopy and orchids. Butler service is included, unpacks luggage on arrival, draws the bath on request, packs on departure. In-villa or pool-deck breakfast (a la carte, not buffet) is part of the stay. Jiva Spa on property is the single largest spa in Goa. For this length of stay (5 nights) and at this price point, yes, unequivocally. The Premium Pool Villa is the closest thing to renting a private home with hotel service: 1,200 sqft, a private plunge pool you can swim naked in, a butler who packs and unpacks for you, a sunset terrace where you eat breakfast. Couples who book the standard room often message us mid-stay to upgrade and find Taj sold out. We pre-block the villa at booking. The price difference is real (about ₹18,000/night vs standard) but couples consistently say it was the part of the trip they remember most clearly.
Genuinely all day. The Mercedes E-Class + driver is reserved exclusively for your booking for the full stay, driver waits at the resort when you're not using him, and on the day's outing he stays parked at the venue rather than leaving. If you decide at lunch you want to skip the planned afternoon and go to a beach instead, you message him on WhatsApp and 5 minutes later you're moving. Driver speaks English (we vet for this) and knows Goa for 10+ years. Tip-included rate is what we pre-quote.

Yes, both, we keep operator slots on hold for our luxury bookings. Helicopter joyride over the Goa coast: ₹22,000 for 30 minutes (pickup from Mopa heliport, the views are exceptional). Full-day yacht charter: ₹45,000 for 6 hours from Mandovi marina (vs the included 2-hour sunset cruise; this is the upgrade for those who want lunch on board, swim stops, more time). 24-hour notice required for both. Pay direct to operator via card; we handle the booking.
Yes, comprehensively. Taj Exotica's restaurants all have full veg + Jain menus (Allegria does Jain pizza without onion/garlic on request, Caravela does veg Goan). The candlelight beach dinner menu we send 48 hours ahead has 5-course veg or Jain set automatically; we customise further on request. Bomras (Burmese-Goan) has 6 vegetarian dishes. Sahakari spice plantation thali is by default offered in pure veg, it's the more authentic version. The only restaurant we'd swap out is Lobster Shack (seafood-only); for vegetarians we recommend the Caravela Goan fine-dining instead.
Honestly, no, because the way luxury Goa packages work is we lock vendor slots (yacht, spa, guide, beach dinner) at booking, and they're non-refundable on our end. But what we do is offer a free swap, skip the heritage walk, do a private cooking class with a Goan chef instead. Skip the Cabo de Rama afternoon, do a Mario Miranda Gallery + Loutolim heritage village afternoon. Send a message and we'll move things around. The total package value stays the same; only the experience varies.
