Yes, day 4 is the natural split day. Some go diving, some bicycle, some pool. We coordinate three drivers if needed and one common dinner at 19:30. Day 5 we keep together (one ferry block); day 6 we manage individual flight times.
We book Makruzz Premium as a group block 14+ days out, sequential cabin seats for the whole crew. Govt ferries can't guarantee that. If a leg is cancelled by weather we cover hotel + re-quote.
Yes at all three properties. We confirm headcount + dietary needs 7 days out, the chefs prep set menus per group. Jain (no onion/garlic/root veg) needs 24-hour notice on day 0, we handle this for you.
Yes, Munjoh dive shop runs Discover Scuba (₹4,500, no cert needed) and OW fun dives (₹1,800) on Day 4. We pre-book the dive slots when we know the group split. The dive is on a 24-hour no-fly window so it has to be Day 4, not Day 5/6.
8–10 is the easiest, one bus, one boat, one cabin row on the ferry. 12 is the cap before we move to two vehicles. Below 6 the per-person price increases (smaller block discount); we share a re-quote for groups of 4–5.
