Honest answer, it's the floor. You'll see Canggu, Tanah Lot, Tegallalang, and a Seminyak afternoon. You won't see Ubud properly, Uluwatu, or Penida. If you can stretch to 4 nights, add Uluwatu day 4. If 5, add Penida. We'll re-quote on request.
Not strictly. Canggu is walkable along the main strip, and Gojek (Bali's Uber) works on bike or car for ₹100–₹200 most rides. A scooter (₹450/day) is the locals' way and worth it if you're confident on Indian roads. Helmet, license, and insurance required.
Cafes run ₹400–₹700 a meal, beach clubs ₹700–₹1,500. Local warungs are ₹150–₹300 for nasi goreng / mie goreng with chicken. Bintang beer is ₹180–₹300 at warungs, double at clubs. Budget about ₹1,500 per couple per day for food + drinks.

It's a 3-star boutique guesthouse, small rooms, small pool, fast WiFi, in-house cafe with the breakfast crowd. Clean, secure, walkable to the beach. It is not a resort, if that's what you want, look at the 4N/5D Honeymoon tier instead.
