Late afternoon, walk down Petitenget to the beach for sunset cocktails at Ku De Ta, front-row daybeds book up early, secure them when you arrive. We keep dinner light and short on day one; jet-lag is real.
Floating breakfast at 09:00 on the villa pool, fresh tropical fruit, eggs your way, French toast, Balinese coffee. 10:30 drive to Ubud (75 min through paddy country). Sacred Monkey Forest first, 90 min, leave glasses and earrings in the car. Tegallalang rice terraces next; walk the swing edge for the photos and skip the actual swing if you have any vertigo. No. Indian passport holders pay IDR 500,000 (≈ ₹4,200) by card or cash at the Denpasar airport counter, single-entry, 30 days. Have your return ticket and one blank passport page. The e-VOA booth two counters left of the main desk usually moves faster.
Both. The villa pool faces east, so we time it for 09:00 light. The tray comes with a fresh fruit platter, eggs cooked your way, French toast, four breads, and Balinese coffee. We have not had a couple skip the photos.
Yes. The Tegallalang restaurant runs a five-course Indian veg menu we have pre-arranged. Jain meals (no onion, no garlic, no root vegetables) need 24-hour notice, flag it when you confirm the trip.
The viewpoints are. The actual descents to Kelingking, Atuh, and Broken Beach are steep and slippery, we do not recommend the climbs after rain. The cliff-top photos and a calm lunch at a café are the main draw anyway.
Most villas hold late checkout till 14:00 free of charge; full-day delays cost about ₹4,800 (half-rate). We can also arrange a day-use suite at the airport hotel for ₹3,200 with shower access if you want to land back fresh.
