After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to the historic town of Orchha (approximately 175 km / 4–5 hours). Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and begin exploring this charming medieval town situated on the banks of the Betwa River. Visit the magnificent Jahangir Mahal, an architectural masterpiece built to commemorate Emperor Jahangir's visit. Continue to the beautifully decorated Raja Mahal, known for its vibrant murals and royal chambers. Seek blessings at the unique Ram Raja Temple, where Lord Rama is worshipped as a king, followed by visits to the towering Chaturbhuj Temple and the historic Lakshmi Narayan Temple. Orchha – Jhansi | Forts & Freedom History

After breakfast, proceed to Jhansi (approximately 20 km / 40 minutes). Visit the iconic Jhansi Fort, one of India's most significant historical forts and a symbol of the bravery of Rani Lakshmibai during the First War of Indian Independence in 1857. Explore the fort's ancient gateways, bastions, temples, museums, and panoramic viewpoints. Later, visit the elegant Rani Mahal, showcasing beautiful frescoes and royal architecture, followed by the Government Museum, which houses sculptures, weapons, manuscripts, and artifacts related to the Bundela and Chandela dynasties. After breakfast, check out from the hotel. Depending on your departure schedule, transfer to Jhansi Railway Station (or Khajuraho Airport, if applicable) for your onward journey.
