Embark on an epic self-ride motorcycle expedition through Nepal's most iconic mountain roads. Beginning from Lucknow, this journey takes you across the India–Nepal border into the heart of the Himalayas, covering the heritage town of Bandipur, the rugged trails of Chame and Manang, the sacred Muktinath Temple, the dramatic Kali Gandaki Valley, and the beautiful lakeside city of Pokhara. This package is specially designed for riders who prefer exploring on their own motorcycles while enjoying carefully selected accommodations and professionally planned routes. Please Note: This is a Stay Only Self-Ride Package. Participants are required to bring and ride their own motorcycles. Motorcycle rental, fuel, maintenance, permits, tolls, and riding gear are not included. An additional backup/support vehicle can be arranged at an extra cost, subject to availability and prior confirmation.

The Himalayan Expedition begins with the rider assembly and briefing at Lucknow before starting the journey towards the India–Nepal border. Riders will begin their expedition on their own motorcycles and ride towards Sunauli/Bhairahawa. The first halt is planned near the border to ensure a comfortable completion of Nepal entry formalities including Bhansar (vehicle customs), immigration and vehicle permits before entering Nepal the next morning.

After breakfast, complete all required Nepal entry formalities including vehicle customs and permits. Once the documentation process is completed, begin your Himalayan ride through Butwal, Narayanghat and Dumre towards the beautiful hill town of Bandipur. Known for its preserved Newari culture and panoramic Himalayan views, Bandipur offers the perfect introduction to Nepal's mountain landscapes.

Today marks the beginning of the true Himalayan riding experience. Ride towards Besisahar, the gateway to the Annapurna region, before entering the famous Marsyangdi River valley. Experience changing landscapes, mountain villages, waterfalls and challenging Himalayan roads before reaching Chame, the headquarters of Manang district.

A breathtaking mountain ride awaits as you continue towards Manang. The route passes through beautiful Himalayan landscapes including Upper Pisang, pine forests and dramatic mountain valleys. Arrive at Manang, a stunning high-altitude village surrounded by Annapurna and Gangapurna peaks.

A dedicated acclimatization day is planned at Manang to help riders adjust to the high altitude. Spend the day exploring the traditional Himalayan village, nearby viewpoints and local surroundings while enjoying breathtaking mountain views. This rest day ensures a safer and more comfortable continuation of the expedition.

Begin the descent from Manang through the scenic Marsyangdi Valley. Experience a dramatic change in landscapes as you move from high Himalayan terrain towards greener valleys. The overnight halt will be planned at Beni or Tatopani depending upon road conditions and group progress.

Continue your ride through the spectacular Kali Gandaki Valley, one of the deepest valleys in the world. Visit Marpha village, famous for its apple orchards and traditional architecture, before continuing towards Jomsom, a beautiful Himalayan town surrounded by dramatic landscapes.

Start early for one of the most memorable days of the expedition. Ride towards the sacred Muktinath Temple, an important pilgrimage destination located in the Mustang region. After darshan, continue your ride through Jomsom and beautiful mountain roads towards Pokhara, the city of lakes.

After enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Pokhara, begin your return ride towards the Nepal–India border through the scenic Siddhartha Highway. Reach Sunauli/Bhairahawa by evening. In the evening, join the Himalayan Expedition Completion Celebration, a special gathering to celebrate the successful completion of the journey with fellow riders. The evening will include rider recognition, expedition memories and a celebration of the Himalayan adventure.
