Arrive Da Nang. Beachfront hotel check-in. My Khe Beach afternoon (the beach stretches 30km south, one of Asia's finest). Sunset at Han River. Dragon Bridge light show if Saturday (breathes fire and water). Dinner at Con Market seafood stalls.
Full day Ba Na Hills. Asia's longest single-track cable car soars above misty jungle. Walk the Golden Bridge, two giant stone hands cradling a golden thread 1,400m above sea level. The view above the clouds is surreal. French Village cobblestones, cafes and bakeries. Fantasy Park. Wine cellar tour. Return Da Nang by 6pm. Rooftop dinner with sea views.
30-minute drive to Hoi An. Morning walking tour: Japanese Covered Bridge (1590s), Tan Ky Merchant House, silk street, old quarter streets. Afternoon: tailoring appointment (suits and dresses in 2 days). Couple's cooking class at sunset, learn cao lau (Hoi An's signature noodle dish), white rose dumplings and banh xeo (sizzling crepe). Evening: lantern-lit old town. Lantern release on the Thu Bon River. Romantic dinner at a riverside restaurant.

Morning: drive over the legendary Hai Van Pass (496m), mist rising from both sides, China Beach visible below, a tunnel bypasses the pass for trucks but you take the old road. Return via Son Tra Peninsula: Linh Ung Pagoda with 67m white Bodhisattva statue visible from all of Da Nang. Marble Mountains afternoon: climb 150 steps for Da Nang city views, explore cave temples inside the marble outcrops.
Free morning at resort pool or beach. Afternoon: last Hoi An market run. Farewell dinner at a rooftop Da Nang restaurant with sea views: Mi Quang (turmeric noodles), fresh seafood, Bia Hanoi.
Transfer to Da Nang International Airport. Flight home. Trip ends.
