Upon arrival at Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport in Leh, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. Due to the high altitude, the day is reserved for rest and acclimatization. Relax at the hotel and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. In the evening, if health permits, take a gentle walk around Leh Market and soak in the local atmosphere.
After breakfast, begin exploring the cultural treasures of Leh. Visit the iconic Shanti Stupa, offering panoramic views of Leh town and the surrounding mountains. Continue to Leh Palace, a historic royal residence showcasing traditional Ladakhi architecture. Later visit the Hall of Fame Museum, dedicated to the Indian Army, and explore the bustling Leh Market for local handicrafts and souvenirs.
After breakfast, drive towards Nubra Valley through the world-famous Khardung La Pass, one of the highest motorable roads in the world. Enjoy spectacular views of snow-covered peaks and dramatic mountain landscapes. Upon arrival in Nubra Valley, visit the famous Hunder Sand Dunes and enjoy an optional ride on the rare double-humped Bactrian camels. Spend the evening amidst the scenic beauty of the valley.
After breakfast, visit the renowned Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest monastery in Nubra Valley. Admire the impressive 106-foot Maitreya Buddha statue overlooking the valley and enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. After an early breakfast, proceed towards the world-famous Pangong Lake via the scenic Shyok route. Marvel at the lake's crystal-clear waters and changing shades of blue against the backdrop of rugged mountains. Spend time capturing photographs and enjoying the serene atmosphere. Later, continue your journey back to Leh for your final night in Ladakh.
