Six nights in France for your group of friends or extended family, small enough to keep dinner conversation flowing, big enough to fill the back of a Mercedes Sprinter. We use a shared mid-range hotel in 9th arrondissement (everyone gets their own room with attached bath, breakfast included) so nobody's stuck in a budget twin sharing arguments. Days are paced for groups of 8-15: skip-the-line at Eiffel and Louvre, private English-speaking guide who knows how to keep a 12-person crowd together without losing anyone at the Metro turnstile, and a coach for day trips so phone batteries don't die navigating Paris transit in 3 different sub-groups. Itinerary is the classic Paris highlights spread over 5 days plus one full-day excursion to Mont-Saint-Michel, the cinematic island abbey that's a 4-hour drive each way but worth every kilometre, and one of the few photos in your group chat that nobody else from your friend circle will already have. Group dinners pre-booked at 3 spots: a creperie in Le Marais, an Indian restaurant in 9th (Saravanaa Bhavan, takes groups of 12+ with notice), and a Seine-side bistro for the last night. Group pricing kicks in at 8 paying adults; quoted rate is per person on twin-share.

Check-in from 14:00, rooms allocated by twin-share / single config the group leader confirms. 16:30 group walking warm-up to Galeries Lafayette, see the dome, free rooftop view. 18:30 coach to Pont de l'Alma for the Bateaux Mouches Seine cruise (1 hour, glass-top, group seating). Dinner at Le Marais creperie, we book a long table for the whole group. Back to hotel by 22:30.
Breakfast at hotel. 10:00 coach to Eiffel Tower for pre-booked second-level entry, group photo on the second-floor terrace, then descend via lift. Walk across to Trocadéro plaza for the Eiffel-from-across-the-Seine group photo (the iconic one). Lunch at brasserie near Trocadéro (own account). Afternoon: Champs-Élysées walk from Place de la Concorde to Arc de Triomphe, group climbs the Arc rooftop (284 steps; lift available for those who'd rather skip). Free evening for dinner, group decides between Latin Quarter brasseries.

Free time for ramparts photos and the souvenir lanes. Coach departs 16:00, back at Paris hotel by 20:30. Group dinner pre-booked at a Seine-side bistro near hotel.

8 paying adults on twin-share for the quoted rate. Below 8, we re-quote on the standard couple/family pricing (about 18-22% higher per person). Above 12 we offer a 5% group leader discount, the person who books and coordinates pays less. Above 20 we add a second coach and a second guide; price stays the same per person.
Both. Hotel Mercure has single rooms at a +₹18,000/person supplement for the 6 nights, commonly used by the group leader, single guests, or anyone who wants their own space. Mention preferences at booking and we lock the room mix early so allocation is set before flights are issued.
Honest answer: yes, but only because we make it bearable. 4 hours each way is real, but the coach has reclining seats, Wi-Fi, USB charging, and a toilet, you watch a movie, nap, and arrive feeling like you've done a proper road-trip. The island itself is one of those places that's even better than the photos suggest, medieval abbey rising out of the sea, Brittany coast all around. Most groups call this the trip's standout day. If you absolutely don't want the drive, we swap in a Champagne region day-trip (1 hour each way) at no cost difference.
Yes, well planned. We pre-book one Indian-restaurant group dinner (Saravanaa Bhavan, pure veg, takes groups of 12+ with 24-hour notice). Hotel breakfast has fruit, croissants, yoghurt, eggs, fully veg-friendly. Lunches: every Paris brasserie has a salade, omelette, or pasta option. For strict Jain travellers we arrange 3-4 dabba lunches from a Paris-based Jain caterer at ₹800/meal, tell us at booking how many.
We don't issue tickets until everyone's visa is approved. Our process: visa appointment is booked 8 weeks before travel, decisions in 15-20 working days, leaving 4-week buffer. If someone is rejected (rare, our approval rate is 96%), we offer them a re-application or a 100% refund minus the visa fee. The rest of the group's prices don't change, we lock in the group rate at 8+ regardless of who actually boards.
