Any trip we sell — a package off the site, or something built from scratch. It is an open-value credit, not a voucher tied to one itinerary, so it never traps them into a trip they did not choose.
They pay the difference, the way they would with any other part-payment. If the trip costs less, the balance stays on the voucher until it expires.
12 months from the day you buy it, and the date is printed on the voucher and in both emails. We will remind them before it lapses rather than letting it quietly run out.
