We don't try to do all four dhams in 7 nights. Our road yatra runs 10 or 11 nights with rest days at Barkot and Sonprayag, slower walking days at altitude, and meals timed around darshan windows. For yatris 65+, we add a second rest day after Kedarnath. Most coach yatras push too fast and lose 20% of the group to AMS or fatigue.

24/7 doctor line for altitude headaches, BP spikes, and the small medical issues that ruin a yatra if ignored. Our trip director is first-aid certified. For Yamunotri and Kedarnath, we carry a portable oximeter and basic AMS medication. Evac SOPs are documented for each dham.

Across the entire yatra, including at the dharamshalas in Phata, Sonprayag, and Joshimath. Jain meal plans available on prior notice. Tulsi water served at Badrinath. We don't outsource the kitchen to whatever roadside dhaba is open.

Kedarnath: 16km walking trek or palki/pony/pithoo for elder yatris (pre-booked with weight checks). Yamunotri: 6km trek with palki options. Helicopter slots from Phata to Kedarnath are pre-blocked weeks in advance, we don't rely on day-of availability that fails 30% of the time.
