What does an Andaman family trip cost?

Our family packages run ₹28,000 for three nights to ₹52,999 for six, per person, land only, excluding flights. The jump from three to six nights is less than double because the expensive parts — arrival transfers, ferries, the Port Blair night — do not repeat.

Is Andaman suitable for young children and grandparents?

Mostly, with one caveat: the inter-island ferry. It is a crossing of roughly ninety minutes that can be rough outside the calmest months, and that is the part elders and small children find hard, not the beaches. If anyone in the party gets seasick, say so at the enquiry stage and we will build the itinerary with fewer crossings.

How many nights do we need?

Six. Five works but leaves no slack, and Andaman is a destination where weather cancels a ferry often enough that slack is worth paying for. A day lost on a five-night trip is a fifth of the holiday.

When should we go with the family?

October to May, and within that, avoid the December-January peak if you can move — it is the most expensive fortnight and the islands are at their busiest. October, February and March give you the same sea with more room on it.
